Over the ensuing seven years, Medicare Indy blossomed, acquiring two smaller agencies and broadening our horizons to include family and individual health insurance. Our marketing efforts struck a chord, and our name became synonymous with Medicare — so much so that we were often mistaken for a federal agency. This confusion, while flattering, underscored the extent of our impact yet also highlighted the challenges of our chosen name.

2023 marked a pivotal year with the introduction of new legislation, prohibiting insurance agencies from using “Medicare” in their names in a manner that could be misleading. It’s important to clarify that misleading our clients was never our intention. On the contrary, the confusion became an inconvenience, as our expertise was best served elsewhere than assisting those trying to reach the Federal Medicare program directly.
This legislative change, coupled with our expanded focus on offering comprehensive family and individual insurance solutions, presented the perfect opportunity for another evolution. Thus, Secure Health Pros was born. This new identity reflects not just our core mission but also our broadened scope, ensuring that we can cater to a wider audience with our services.
